Since 1990, my legal practice has primarily focused on both residential and commercial land use development and related zoning issues.   I have worked on behalf of both large and small local and national corporations including but not limited to companies such as McDonalds Corp., Dunkin Brands Inc., SONIC, The Thomas Flatley Company, Conroy Development Corp., Extended Stay America (“ESA”), Shelter Development LLC , and Buffalo Lodging Inc. successfully obtaining all required permits for restaurants, hotels, senior housing, subdivision approvals and other local municipal matters. My experience in government has enabled me to be very familiar  with the town meeting process and have successfully drafted and obtained adoption of several various zoning bylaws for "55 and over communities", a "Hotel Overlay district"  as well "Senior Housing Communities"  including but not limited to  the Town(s) of Canton, Randolph, and Holbrook. Working on behalf of Southern Sky Renewable Energy (SSRE)  I successfully permitted one of the first and largest solar fields in Eastern Massachusetts. My practice includes appearances and permitting for fast food restaurants as well as new endeavours such as Recreational and Medical Marijuana, before the planning , conservation and zoning boards of Canton, Norwood, Randolph, Easton, Brockton and other cities and towns on the South Shore as well as Cape Cod.  I have also worked for several area banks in providing zoning opinions for commercial real estate closings.

In addition,  I often collaborate with local and regional attorneys on matters involving municipal law, sports and entertainment law, as well as other areas in civil practice.

I am a member of the Bar Association of Norfolk County (BANC). I am Past President of the Norfolk County Selectmen Association and I currently serve as an elected official as a Norfolk County Commissioner as well as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Norfolk County Agricultural High School.
